Who are your typical clients?

Assured & Associates Personal Care specializes in providing skilled nursing care for patients that have suffered brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, such as paraplegia and quadriplegia, stroke patients, cancer patients, burn patients as well as those needing wound care or trach care.

How long have you been in business?

We have been providing home health care services since 2002.

What are your hours of operation?

Our nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. We also have an on-call nurse available 24 hours a day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept private pay for patients paying out of pocket, Worker’s Compensation, and Medicaid.

What type of training do your care providers receive?

Caregivers are Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Assured & Associates provides monthly skills and competency training sessions. Our Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance Program requires caregivers to complete in-service training, as well as maintaining the required amount of continuing education units to keep their licenses current and valid. Our skilled nursing consists of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Do you provide customer references?

Assured & Associates will readily provide personal, business, and patient references upon request.

What geographical area do you provide your services?

Assured & Associates operates in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, and South Carolina.

Is Assured and Associates bonded and insured?

Assured & Associates is licensed and bonded. Our caregivers all carry Professional Liability Insurance.
